Booking & Cancellation

Booking

All bookings are binding and can be made in our shop, via email or easiest via our online booking system which you can find on www.bohuskayak.com. You can book online just up until the time the rental starts.

Your booking needs to be paid within 48 hours otherwise it will expire and not be valid anymore. Bookings for more than four days need to be booked via email and you will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please note that your booking is only valid once you have received and paid your booking confirmation.

On our booking website, you will find information about prices, kayaks and courses or even special offers. If you need information or inspiration where you can paddle, you are welcome to check out our other website: www.orustkajak.se/route-suggestions.. Our staff is happy to help you prepare a suitable route and give recommendations for your trip!

Cancellation

You cancel your booking in written form via email to info@orustkajak.se. In case of cancellation up to two weeks before booking, we will return 95% of the total amount. In case of cancellation from two weeks until 24 before the booking, we will return 50% of the total amount. Cancellation later than 24 hours before the booking is charged with the entire amount.

In case of documented illness, you have the opportunity to cancel and then you will receive 95% of the money back or, alternatively, move the booking to another occasion (subject to availability).

Cancellation of Activities

NOTE - in the case of extremely bad weather, we may cancel activities due to safety reasons, in which case you will of course not be liable for payment. A little rain and wind are no danger. It is when there are squalls, thunderstorms etc that we choose to interrupt or cancel our activities.

Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor and include VAT and other fees unless otherwise stated. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order and will include all costs associated with the purchase.
