Coming From The North

Ca. 260km from Oslo

Head south on the E6 towards Uddevalla/ Göteborg
Take exit 96.2 toward route 161/Lysekil/Orust
Stay on the 161 until the roundabout at the gas station/supermarket Rotan. Take the 3rd exit onto route 160 towards Stenungsund/Orust/Tjörn
Follow the 160 until Henån and turn left onto Röravägen towards Ellös. Pass straight through the little town of Ellös leaving the Hemköp supermarket on your right and Ellös Pizzeria on your left.
Turn right towards Stocken continuing on Stockenvägen.
Turn left onto the camping where you will see a kayak. Now, simply follow the signs.

Coming From The South

Ca. 85km from Gothenborg

Head north on the E6 towards Oslo
Take the exit 90 - Stora Högamotet following the signs for Route 160 toward Tjörn/ Orust
Follow route 160 until Varekil
Turn left onto route 178 toward Ellös/ Mollösund
Turn left towards Stocken
Turn right towards Stocken (from here 5km). Only a few hundred meters further, turn left towards Stocken continuing on Stockenvägen. Turn left onto the camping where you will see a kayak. Now, simply follow the signs.

Additional Information & Parking

You can add parking to your booking during the booking process. If you have pre-booked parking, you can park your car on the gravel parking lot in front of the red containers and right of it under the trees.

If you did not book parking, you can use the camping's parking lot. Parking fees apply - you can find information on the signs at every parking lot.

Public Transportation

You can also get to us using public transportation (Västtrafik). The closest stop is called 'Stocken Camping, Ellös'. Check their website for timetables and prices here.

Käringön

If you have rented a kayak on Käringön, you can pick it up at hotel Lotshotellet on Käringön. To get to Käringön, you can either take the ferry or book a private boat transfer. See information below for timetables and prices.

If you come to Tuvesvik by car, you can park on the available parking lots close to the ferry terminal. Make sure that you have a valid parking ticket to avoid fees - there is no free parking available in the surrounding area.
