Stand Up Paddling Board (SUP)

SUP stands for stand up paddling and is a water sport that has quickly grown in popularity in the past few years. Easy and fast to learn, it is great fun and a workout at the same time! We have a range of different SUP's so there will be one suitable for everyone!

What is included?

All bookings include access to a SUP, a life vest, a paddle and, if wanted, a map of the surrounding area. During a short introductory course, our staff will explain the basics of stand up paddling to you to ensure you are well prepared, feel safe and can fully enjoy your time on the water.

Rental Times

Rental times start at 10 a.m. the day of your booking and you are expected to return latest at 5 p.m. the same day. If you have booked more than one day, you can of course use the SUP outside of our opening hours until 5 p.m. on the last day of your booking.

Bookings

During the season, you can easily book your SUP online. If you wish to book a SUP outside of our regular season or for longer than a week, you can contact us via email or phone to see if we have any SUP's available.

Cleaning the SUP

If you do not wish to clean the SUP yourself, you can add the option to your booking to have it cleaned by our staff. The costs for this additional service are 50 SEK per SUP.

What to wear?

You do not necessarily get all wet when stand up paddling but there is a possibility that you might fall off the board so make sure you wear suitable clothes. We recommend board shorts and a light-weight, ideally quickly drying shirt. You should also bring a hat to protect your face from the sun and an easy layer for when a cooler breeze blows. Standing on the board for a longer time, you are exposed to sunlight so make sure to protect yourself with sunscreen.

Any mobile and technical devices should be kept in a dry bag and safely attached to the SUP.
